For someone who is very new to yoga, I can honestly say Sophie has changed everything for me. No matter how I’m feeling when I come to my mat each time, after doing Sophie’s classes I feel: Strong, Uplifted, Present, Calm, Together. To feel these things every time I practice has had such a huge impact on my mental health and the way I do life at the moment. I actually jump out of bed now, ready to start my morning and fit in one of her online classes, or meditation sessions which are really helpful for me. It’s the structure and safe place I think we all need.
Oh my Goodness you are the BEST teacher - I have done heaps of online yoga classes and you stand out with your sense of calm, elegance, ease, and your beautiful clear explanations. Your class was one of the most enjoyable hours. Thank you.
